By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by failure to read them.
Please contact me before ordering!
- All copyrights belong to Jaehyun (@jaehyun1101comm). AI training, unauthorized use, or secondary editing (except external commissions) are strictly prohibited.
- Please always credit @jaehyun1101comm.
- Artworks may be uploaded to my SNS, used in portfolios, or drawn during livestreams.
💳 Payment & Refund
- Payment: Korean Bank Transfer / PayPal / Platform-specific methods.
- If the deadline is missed: Full refund + Artwork delivery.
- No refunds for simple changes of mind. Please order carefully.

- 3D, 2.5D (Real people), Babies, Elderly characters.
- NSFW content featuring minors.
- G-19 / R-18 (Gore/Sexual content).
- Requests that exceed my capabilities may be declined.
📦 Canvas Size
- Over 9000px, 300dpi, PNG file.
- The file sizes are naturally large. If you need a compressed version for uploading, please let me know.

- If a draft is required, we will confirm the overall sketch before moving forward.
- Revisions and timelines vary by commission type.

- If the "Fast Delivery" option is not on the price list, it is currently unavailable.
- Commissions are strictly for Non-Commercial use by default. Inquire separately for Broadcast or Commercial use.

- Mandatory Mama/Papa credit (@jaehyun1101comm).
- Unless full rights are purchased, all copyrights remain with me.
- If you wish to keep the model private, please select the privacy add-on.
- Full rights purchases are private by default, and only published with permission.
- Please notify me before altering any part colors post-delivery.
- Full rights transfer involves a formal contract and significant fees. Consider carefully.

📌 Payment & Schedule
- Deposit: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot.
- Balance: Paid in full before the start date, OR split (50% before starting + 50% after model confirmation).
- Payment Fees: For international transactions (PayPal, VGen), processing fees (approx. 5-10%) are the client's responsibility and will be added to the invoice.
🤝 Collab & Communication
- Discord Recommended: We highly recommend staying active on Discord due to frequent meetings and feedback.
- Solo Commissions: For Art-only or Rigging-only, you MUST connect me with the other assigned artist/rigger for a 3-way meeting to plan motions and implementations.
- No Experience? OK!: It's perfectly fine if your illustrator has no part separation experience. I can guide them through it!
📝 License Info

⚠️ Prohibition of Live2D Engineering File Reverse-Engineering
✦ Output files and engineering files are different.
The model output files (e.g., .moc3) and the editable engineering files (e.g., .cmo3) used during production are distinct deliverables. Obtaining the output file does not grant you the right to restore the engineering file yourself.
✦ Reverse engineering without consent is strictly prohibited.
Do not decompile, reconstruct, or restore editable engineering files (.cmo3) from the delivered output files using any tools, whether by yourself or via a third party, without my prior consent.

If you require the original engineering files or need modifications, do not reverse-engineer them. Contact me to discuss license expansion or buyout fees.
